Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I phoned them and told them that I hadn´t received the las six issues.

Dear Near Yorker, I have a digital subscription (account number 160780****) that expires in January 2024. And a print+digital subscription (account number 176620****) as from 9/17/23. The last The New Yorker I received was dated OCT. 30, 2023. There must be a bit of a mess with my print subscription because I sent an e-mail to you and even phoned you about the back issues five and two weeks ago but I have not received any so far. So I would appeciate yourt interest in my request and a prompt delivery of the back issues. Yours thankfully, Miguel Angel Zudaire

I called to see why I was being billed for what I thought was a complimentary subscription for a friend. The agent was courteous and kind, and the billing was erased. Hooray, The New Yorker!

One monthe without the New Yorker

This is to tell you that I have been very surprised, let alone disappointed, not to receive any of the New Yorker issues since October 30th. Although I read the dailies and weeklies on the computer I remain attached to the paper isssues. Are you aware of any problems? My last experience ruined the whole experience. No personal contact before raping my account! Took $6 for 12 week promotion... Didn't enjoy digital very much. Didn't realize that without any warning, they tried to use my debit card for $119. My bank viewed this as a suspicious or fraudulent transaction and blocked my account. Digital problems

what HAPPENS.. because this complaint is STILL ongoing. I open The New Yorker on line.. I tap on an article I would like to read more of, I begin reading, and voila!! it says I have reached my free article, now I must subscribe... asi have related before.. my husband and I have been subscribers for over 40 or so years... what's with your consumer service that you are not aware of this? please assist.. really pissed consumer joan hurwit dr. and mrs. albert hurwit

I subscribed to the New Yorker during the offer to give a free subscription to a friend. When she hadn't received a copy, my mouth ran off ahead of my brain ~ I contacted POd. Then when my brain engaged, I contacted Customer Service. The kind respectful young woman told me the gift would go into effect on December 27 since the offer was called THE HOLIDAY GIFT OFFER. I stand with egg on my face for shooting from the lip ~ I have apologized to the New Yorker. Mea culpa.

The magazine is great, I have been subscribing for many years. The last issue I received is April 18. I have complained several times and though I have had replies, nothing has happened to rectify the delivery problem. A few days ago, you said you couldn't identify me, couldn't find the account number. Nothing ever since. GIVE ME A BREAK!!! Worse customer experience I have ever had!

Wrong address of paid subscriber

When reviewing my subscription details, it appears that your company has an incorrect address for me. I changed the address, but the note below states that it will revert to the previous addresswhich is wrong !! Please note that I spend the winter months (Nov through April) in Arizona and the summer months in Wisconsin. Someone in Phillips WI has been receiving my New Yorkers !!!
